User unable to reset password

Hi everyone! Over the past few months, I have a had a number of users othat have needed to reset their password, however when they click the prompts they don't receive an email to do so - I am then able to go into as Admin and reset from my end, so it's not a complete failure but wondered if anyone else is experiencing a similar thing, and if so - do you know why? I check the users notifications - and there is no record of a reset being sent prior to the one I have done - so it's not sitting in spam or anything.
