Hi all!
I was wondering if anyone was having the same issue with Live Training Notifications that I'm having.
We have several Live Training session in Bridge. From what I can tell, Bridge sends a reminder about the upcoming session to the author of the Live Training as well as the participants. I've seen those notifications come in about a week before the actual training and also the days of.
The problem that I'm seeing is that "the day of" notification comes in about 5 to 30 minutes after the session has started. (see image)
Several other employees have brought this to my attention.
Shouldn't the notification come in 15, 30 or 60 mins before the session starts?
Anyone else seeing this? If so, could this be looked at so the notifications comes in before the session starts?
Thank you!
-Daniel
Daniel, since you initially posted this question, the behavior of "day of" Live Training Notifications has been changed. Those notifications are now triggered to be sent out on the half hour mark that immediately precedes the start time range. As an example, if a live training is scheduled to start any time between 10:00 am and 10:59 am, it will trigger a notification to be sent out at 9:30 am—the half hour preceding the range. Depending on how many emails are queued up simultaneously, the notification might actually be sent a few minutes after 9:30 am, but should still go out well before the scheduled start time.
